Having worked as advisers, we understand both sides of the financial planning business and the pressures you face with compliance obligations and trying to look after your clients.
We want you to do what you are best at – being in front of your clients. We aim to make things as seamless as possible, from start to finish.
What does it cost?
We do not require a contract, minimum monthly spend or retainer fee for our services. Our pricing is based on complexity and number of strategies. If you only require a single SOA every few months we are more than happy to help.
What is your turnaround time?
Our average turnaround time for a Statement of Advice is 5 days. This may be dependant on the time of year or level of demand. We will communicate turnaround times on receipt of your plan request.
Do you use your own software?
We want to provide the best outcome possible and work within your internal processes. We recommend that you provide access to a login to ensure that your SOA’s are structured to your licencee’s requirements.
Do you have your own paraplanning request?
We want to make it as easy as possible for you. We are happy to work within your own internal systems. If you need a request form we are able to provide one.
What if I need an amendment?
We are happy to amend documents or make minor changes to strategy as required. Should you require a major change in strategy there will be an additional cost.
How do you ensure security of client data?
We run our business using Microsoft 365. Your data will be fully encrypted and protected by Microsoft Defender. We retain files in One Drive only as long as we need to. At a minimum your data is deleted 2 weeks after the SOA is complete.
We use 2 factor identification across all our systems along with a secure password manager. We also have a full cyber policy in place and provide regular training to our paraplanners. We take protection of your data extremely seriously.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have professional indemnity and cyber insurance cover in place.
What templates do you use?
We prefer to use your own licencee specific templates and tailor your advice document to your preferred look and feel. If you need help with templates we are able to assist.
